Rates per apartment and night
Guests will pay a cleaning fee!
not included: VAT. local tax € 1,80 per person and night (from 16 years onwards)
included: WiFi, parking, bed linen, hand and bath towel, electricity, value-added tax
All Rates are per apartment and per day.
• spare bed: € 10.- per bed and night
• dogs on request € 25.- per night
Free cancellation due to Covid-19 up to 48 hours before arrival.
We currently accept free cancellation from guests who are unable to arrive due to official travel restrictions at the time of planned arrival (e.g. travel bans, border closures, travel warning, air traffic suspended) and this is considered certain or very likely at the time of cancellation.
If you are unable to travel due to personal illness, please check with any travel insurance you may have taken out (included with some credit cards) whether it will cover the cancellation fee; we will charge you the cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee:
• cancellations before 1 month prior arrival date will incur a charge of 40 % of the total booking price
• cancellations less than 1 month prior arrival date will incur a charge of 70 % of the total booking price
• cancellations less than 1 week prior arrival date will incur a charge of 90 % of the total booking price
We therefore recommend cancellation insurance, for example Hotel Cancellation Plus from Europäische Reiseversicherung. If we are able to rent the cancelled room to other guests, we will not charge any cancellation fee. We kindly ask for your understanding, that we accept cancellations in written form only.
